Submission Storage and Delivery
Valid contact and quote submissions are stored in our website database so we can respond and keep track of requests. We send inquiry notifications through Mailgun, with Brevo as a backup if the primary delivery service fails. These providers process the submitted information to deliver those notifications.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Turnstile processes browser and interaction signals for security verification. We also store a keyed hash of the connection IP address for submission rate limiting; the application does not store that raw address in the submissions table. Our hosting and network providers may keep their own access logs.
