Trim
Outline the boards and transitions you want repainted. Existing joints and failed caulk need to be considered before the finish.

EXTERIOR TRIM & ROOFLINE
Refresh the boards along the roof edge, the underside of the overhang or the trim around your outside walls.
Let us know which parts you want painted and send a wide photo of the roofline. We’ll discuss the fascia along the edge, the soffits underneath and any other trim separately, including worn coatings and areas that are harder to reach.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
Outline the boards and transitions you want repainted. Existing joints and failed caulk need to be considered before the finish.
Tell us the roofline height and show peeling paint or damaged wood. Soft or deteriorated boards may need repair before painting.
Include the underside of overhangs and any vents. Ventilation openings must stay clear rather than be filled or coated shut.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
The openings need to stay clear so they can work. We’ll discuss how to protect and mask around the vents.
Wood replacement isn’t automatically included. We’ll point out visible concerns and discuss any repair needed before agreeing to the painting.
Yes. We can discuss repainting just those details. Check any exterior color rules and consider how the new trim color will look beside the existing walls.

PLANNING THE WORK
Small edges, old coatings and joints need to be considered before the finish. Include close-up photos along with a view of the roofline.
Tell us about your project →YOUR LAS VEGAS HOME
On your Las Vegas house, the fascia may get direct sun while the soffits stay in shade. Photos from both angles help us see the condition of the paint and plan access.
