Is every kind of siding paintable?
Some siding isn’t suitable for painting. We need to know the material, its condition and any manufacturer guidance before agreeing to a coating.
SIDING, STUCCO & MAIN WALLS
Tell us what your outside walls are made of and where the old finish needs attention.

Your home may have stucco, concrete block or a siding product, sometimes in the same elevation. We’ll identify the material and check the condition of the existing coating before agreeing on preparation and paint.
BEFORE THE ESTIMATE
Tell us the material, number of stories, approximate wall area and accessible sides. Include close-ups where the coating is loose and note any color or association restrictions.
YOUR LAS VEGAS HOME
Take a look at each side of your Las Vegas home before sending photos. A sunny wall may be more faded than a shaded one, and those differences can affect the preparation needed.

PLANNING THE WORK
A wide photo helps us see the height and access. A close-up helps us identify the texture and condition of the current finish.

They can be discussed separately. Include the wall’s length and height, and tell us which sides you want painted.
Painting won’t repair a leak, structural damage or failed waterproofing. Those problems need to be assessed and dealt with before a cosmetic repaint.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
Photograph texture, cracks, staining and previous patches. Any moisture source or active movement needs attention beyond a coat of paint.
Share the material or manufacturer if known. Some siding and color changes have specific coating and heat-absorption limitations.
Mark where wall painting stops. Trim, fascia, soffits and window frames can be added explicitly rather than left unclear.
